RS232, RS485 and TTL all can be its output mode. INC326 contains 3D-MEMS-based dual axis inclinometer modules that provide instrumentation grade performance for leveling applications in harsh environment. The SkyMEMS inclinometers are insensitive to vibration, due to their above damped sensing elements, and can withstand mechanical shocks of up to 2000 g. The SkyMEMS industrial inclinometers are compact devices for determining the inclination in both single and dual axes with remarkable precision and at a lower expense. A high performance microcontroller is used to evaluate the sensor signals in true time and calculate the corrected slope angle. Temperatures are too measured and used by the compensation alleave rithms to correct for unwanted effects.
